Yes, the numbers are important, but identifying the factors that are truly important to you, finding the right people, and approaching the purchase with integrity are so integral to a positive process. The author does an amazing job of highlighting the actual important parts of the process, and providing clear examples from his own career to illustrate the importance of the intangibles.
